Terms of Service

The rules and conditions for using Taligram.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Taligram ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Taligram, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Taligram is a directory of public Telegram groups and channels. We review and display listings submitted by users and found through our own research. We are an independent directory and are not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP.

3. Submitting a Listing

When you submit a Telegram group or channel to our directory, you represent and warrant that:

  • The community you are submitting is public and accessible via a public username.
  • You have the right or permission to submit it.
  • The community does not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content as described in Section 5.
  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion without notice. Submitted content is processed through an AI-assisted moderation system before publication.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Attempt to manipulate rankings or search results
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Service in an automated manner without prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Prohibited Content

We do not accept and will remove listings for communities that contain:

  • Adult, explicit, or pornographic content
  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity
  • Scams, phishing, or financial fraud
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Spam or artificially inflated engagement

Communities found to contain prohibited content will be removed and reported to Telegram.

6. Promoted Listings

Taligram offers paid promoted placements ("Promotions") that display certain listings at the top of category pages. By purchasing a Promotion, you agree that:

  • The listing being promoted must comply with all content standards in Section 5.
  • Payment is non-refundable once a Promotion slot is activated, unless the listing is removed for policy violations before the slot period ends.
  • Taligram reserves the right to cancel a Promotion without refund if the promoted listing is found to violate these Terms after activation.

Promoted listings are visually labeled as such.

7. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and similar ad networks. We do not control the content of these advertisements. Clicking on ads may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ads are only shown to users who have given their consent via the cookie banner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Taligram (excluding user-submitted listing descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Taligram. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

User-submitted listing descriptions remain the property of the submitter. By submitting a description, you grant Taligram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the directory.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any listing is accurate, up-to-date, or appropriate for your needs
  • The communities listed comply with applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taligram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taligram from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
